Paying
for Your
Pet’s Care

Fees & Payments

As is customary for emergency care, payment is due at the time of service. Aside from the examination fee, if diagnostic tests or treatment are recommended, you will be presented with a treatment plan and associated costs. We do our very best to provide you with all the information you need to make a decision that is right for you and your pet. Please do not hesitate to ask questions if there is anything that you do not understand. We know this can be a stressful experience and want you to feel as though you are well equipped to do what is best for your pet.

After-hours veterinary facilities typically have higher fees than primary care veterinary practices due to our equipment, hours, and emergency training. To better handle the expenses that come with unexpected emergencies, we recommend you look into pet insurance while your pet is healthy, ideally immediately after acquiring your pet. There are many great options available today with a variety of coverage levels.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards, and cash. We also have financing options available including CareCredit and Scratchpay for qualified applicants.
